The Clinical Education Centre (CEC) has designed a number of eLearning programmes which are available to complete. eLearning programmes for HSCNI Staff are now completed through LearnHSCNI. The following programmes are currently available: Anaphylaxis & Patient Group Directions (PGDs) Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) Analysis and Interpretation in Adults
Reviewed the principles underpinning: Accountability, Consent and Mental Capacity, Duty of Candour, Negligence, Confidentiality and Record Keeping. Explored scenarios, case Law, relevant reports & NMC Code/Standards of Practice in NI. Participated in group work and discussions to apply the learning and consider the implications for practice in NI.
