19 Απρ 2024 · If you‘re a Verizon customer experiencing MMS issues, know that you‘re not alone and that there are steps you can take to resolve the problem. Start by checking your APN settings, clearing your cache, and ensuring your device‘s software is up to date.
There will be a special MMS ID number provided by Celcom that comes with the message and identifies the MMS for retrieval. Take a pen and paper and jot this ID number down, or be sure to leave your phone on and left on this text to use the ID later. You will need it to view your MMS message.
