Request a Collision Report: The Washington State Patrol Requests for Electronic Collision Records (WRECR) system will allow you to search for a collision report from a computer station with internet access and an e-mail account.
1 Μαρ 2017 · Centralia Police Department is excited to offer online crime reporting to the community of Centralia, Washington. This service encourages the community to report more crimes and allows immediate submission of certain crimes.
Centralia Police Department now accepts new requests via the Gov QA portal. Gov QA is a web-based Records Center used for tracking and delivery of records requests. Select My Records Center to log in and/or create an account. To view requests, you have previously submitted select My Issues.
The Washington State Patrol Online Motor Vehicle Collision Reporting (OMVCR) system allows citizens involved in a collision to complete and submit a collision report.
Any driver, pedestrian, pedalcycle, or property owner involved in a collision within this state—with $1,000.00 or more damage to any one unit and/or injury to any person—must complete a Motor Vehicle Collision Report. Mail this report to the Washington State Patrol, Collision Records Section, PO Box 42628, Olympia, WA 98504-2628.
Each driver involved in the collision must submit a report within 4 days of the collision. Submit a collision report online or get collision report forms from your local police department, county sheriff's office, or Washington State Patrol district office.
