This chapter describes the flight controls of the Cessna Model 510 Citation Mustang. The primary flight controls are the ailerons, rudder and elevators which are controlled through cables and linkages in the cockpit. Secondary flight controls include trim devices, flaps and speedbrakes.
On completion of the ground and flight instruction, the pilot will be prepared for a practical test administered in accordance with 14 CFR Part 61 and the Airline Transport Pilot and Airplane Type Rating Airmen Certification Standards, as a single pilot.
Chapter 1 covers the structural makeup of the airplane and gives an overview of the systems. GENERAL. The Citation Mustang is certified in accordance Part 36 noise standards, and meets 14 CFR Partwith Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations 34 fuel venting and exhaust emission standards.
