INTRODUCTION. This document addresses information gaps faced by pilots transitioning to the Citation Mustang. There is plenty of documentation on systems, performance and standard operating procedures available. What is missing in flight training is insight into technique as opposed to brute facts. CONTENTS.
GENERAL. The Citation Mustang is certified in accor-dance with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14CFR23) Part 23, including day, night, visual flight rules (VFR), instru-ment flight rules (IFR), single pilot, and flight into known icing conditions.
This chapter describes the flight controls of the Cessna Model 510 Citation Mustang. The primary flight controls are the ailerons, rudder and elevators which are controlled through cables and linkages in the cockpit. Secondary flight controls include trim devices, flaps and speedbrakes.
