If none are found then you can go to Logitech Support to download and install the driver for your specific wireless keyboard. Reboot the computer after installing and your wireless keyboard should be reset and fully working again.
I had this problem on both my new Dell Windows 10 and older Windows 7 computers. After much troubleshooting I discovered that there is a Logitech device driver that was causing the problem. Here is what I did to fix it.
If your keyboard is not working or frequently loses connection try the following steps: Check the batteries or make sure your device is charged. Make sure the keyboard is On. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interferences. Move the keyboard closer to the USB receiver.
