26 Φεβ 2018 · There are no core rules for the effects of alcohol. The prestige class you refer to is the drunken master, from Complete Warrior. Its drink like a demon class feature increases Strength or Constitution by +2, while it decreases Intelligence and Wisdom by −2 for each swig the drunken master takes.

You have an intoxication threshold that is equal to your 1 + your Constitution modifier (Minimum of 1). Once a player reaches this threshold they are granted "Liquid Courage". Drinks have 6 levels of strength; the number at the end of the description indicates it's exhaustion save increase:
