Turn off OneDrive temporarily. Try turning your Desktop from OneDrive syncing or disable OneDrive altogether if you're not using it. Try Changing your display resolution in Windows.
13 Μαΐ 2023 · I have been able to fix the issue by erasing desktop.ini (to show it, disable Hide protected operating system files from Windows Explorer -> View -> Options -> View -> Advanced settings -> Hide protected operating system files) and by clearing BagMRU from the registry.
