Sign in to Your info on account.microsoft.com and select Edit name.
To do this go into Settings > Accounts > Your Info and choose Sign in with a Local Account Instead. Let it convert to a Local Account. Then go back to the same place where the link will now read Sign in with a MS account instead and insert the new MS account.
