Your name and affiliation are listed on publications to identify you and to facilitate contact. Thus, I believe your new institution should be listed, rather than your old. Your old institution can be credited in the acknowledgements.

Your affiliation in the manuscript should be the institution where you conducted the research. You should also include details of any funding received from that institution. If you have changed affiliation since completing the research, your new affiliation can be acknowledged in a note.
24 Φεβ 2023 · Yes, you can usually change your affiliation after acceptance, during the proofs stage. There's no need to inform the editor that there is an error in your affiliation, but you should inform them that there is another author.
