31 Ιαν 2022 · So after some google'ing I found that you can change the Organization "Name" in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Under "Org settings > Organization profile". Did that and now on new systems that have never had OneDrive setup, the Windows explorer name and related c:\users folder displays correctly.
