11 Αυγ 2022 · Desktop Icons missing after most recent update. Hello, My desktop icons and my recycle bin are no longer on my desktop. I just saved a word document and it does not save to my desktop when I save it to there. How do I get my icons and recycle bin back to my desktop?
I just installed the 21H1 update, followed by the KB5003214 and KN5003252 updates. Now the Date, Time and other icons such as Volume, Wifi etc are all missing from the Taskbar (usually on the right-hand end).
31 Ιουλ 2022 · Solution 18: Set date and time to automatic. Step 1: Right-click on the Date and time widget located at the bottom-right of the screen. Step 2: Select the Adjust time and date option from the context menu. Step 3: Toggle OFF the Set time automatically option and Set time zone automatically option.
It works, but the problem is when I change it back to the real date it stops working, and the incorrect date messes with SSL so some websites don't work. Edit: Fixed it by doing this : Open Control Panel (Win + R and type in 'control) and go to Clock and Region < Set date and time
