3 Αυγ 2015 · Going into Control Panel>Clock,Language, and Region -> Change date,time, or number formats->Additional Settings->Date tab allows you to customize the date format. I use yyMMdd to get the shortest Short date possible. This allows me to use small icons and a pretty narrow vertical taskbar. –
