24 Μαρ 2023 · Right click the date/time toolbar in the bottom right corner, then click "Adjust date/time" from the menu. In that menu, scroll down to "related settings" and click "Add clocks for different time zones". This SHOULD bring up a classic windows menu.

Click Clock Options, then choose how you want the date and time displayed. Below Date, click the “Show date” pop-up menu, then choose either Always, When Space Allows, or Never.

22 Σεπ 2021 · When I go to the old control panel > Date and Time > Change date and time... I am able to change the date and time from there. I also can change it using the "date" command on CMD. No matter what I try, the settings page to adjust date and time manually is still always greyed out.
For Windows 10, Creators update these settings can be found like this: Open Settings (Click on Windows Logo at lower left corner and then click the cog wheel) Select Time & language. Under Related settings select Additional date, time & regional settings.
