Answer. JK60302. Replied on May 1, 2024. I found that Outlook overrides the Windows time setting feature. As soon as I changed the time zone in Outlook, Windows followed it. In Outlook (mail, calendar, whatever) click File on top menu, then Options, then Calendar, then scroll about halfway down to Time Zones. Set it there. Replies (24) .
