14 Ιαν 2018 · I tried creating a new local administrator account, still not able to change the time zone. I have Windows Home, so no Domain. Only if I enabled the Built in Administrator was I able to change the time zone in that account. I also tried reinstalling Windows (and all drivers) using the Windows 10 installation media tool.
15 Δεκ 2015 · Click on Internet Time tab. Click on Change settings. Check Synchronize with the Internet time server. Click on update now. Click Ok. Also, you can check the Date and Time settings. Go to Search and type Change Date and Time. Click on it to open. Make sure set time automatically is on. Make sure set time zone automatically is on.
If you're still having problems, or the manual time zone selection is disabled even when you've turned off the automatic feature, then you probably have the "Change the time zone" policy configured. Check your local and/or domain group policies in effect.
