Our goal is to cause policy, institutional and individual changes that will improve the lives of women and girls everywhere. The educational system needs to be made more accessible to women at grass root levels and they need to be revamped to include gender sensitive educational system which prevents sex stereotyping and discrimination.
11 Flappers The changing view on job and education opportunities changed how women viewed themselves. This allowed for women to become more independent. Young women in cities started to reject the standard societal view of women.
