8 Μαρ 2010 · Yes, the base mkturbo kit is the exhaust, turbo and manifold for $2000. You can do the lines, intercooler, injectors, and engine management yourself for less than an additional $1500. Or complete diy route for about $2100 if you fabricate everything and buy used in a couple of cases.

Plenty of options there, can go to 300+hp NA easily and adapters to 5/6 speed miata transmissions exist as well. Sky is the limit with boost, but I'd argue v8 swap over boosted k24, 500NA with a cam swap on an L92/tkx/8.8 is roughly a 18-20k build, or around what a turbo k swap costs to do right.

6 Απρ 2023 · Would anyone be interested if I made and sold a budget-friendly, complete, all you need, turbo kit based around a TD04? I built one for my car and it runs great, capable of ~250whp (203 on my current setup) I've been thinking about building/compiling all the parts and selling them as a kit with full installation instructions.
