21 Μαΐ 2024 · DD Form 214 / DD214 / DD 214 Discharge Papers and Separation Documents. A Report of Separation is generally issued when a service member performs active duty or at least 90 consecutive days of active duty training.

They will be kept in their official military personnel file, at the National Personnel Record Center.
The Army Board for Correction of Military Records and Army Discharge Review Board, under the Army Revi ew Boards Agency, are authorized to issue separation documents under the provisions of this regulation.
