The Performing Arts Center is located in downtown Tulsa on Cincinnati Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets. Access to the Chapman Music Hall is on 3rd Street. Access to the Williams, Doenges and Norman Theatres is on 2nd Street. The main ticket office is located in the 3rd Street Lobby.

The Expo Square Pavilion, sometimes called simply The Pavilion, and formerly known as the Tulsa Fairgrounds Pavilion, is a 6,311-seat multi-purpose arena, in the Tulsa State Fairgrounds in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was built in 1932; the architect was Leland I Shumway.
