Use warranty check to view the service support eligibility of your products, including support level, coverage dates, and other details associated with your warranty. Warranty check provides a greater level of detail about the support status for a product than you can see elsewhere in the HPE Support Center.
Step 1 Sign in using your HPE Passport account. Step 2 Link your contract and warranties to enable your services. Step 3 Connect your devices to receive insights to action predictive and proactive information.
To verify a device's warranty and contract information, complete the following steps: In the main menu, select Devices. Locate the device and click the device name. The Device Details screen appears. Click the Device tab. Expand the Hardware section and verify the Acquired Serial Number and Acquired Product Number are correct for your device.
Check the warranty end date of your product serial number for PW purchase, to ensure they are within the 120/45 day policy.
