They would release those tickets into the official Chelsea FC Ticket Exchange, which only paid members can access.
You must have an active Chelsea Ticketing membership and Chelsea in America (CIA) membership to request tickets. Further, you must be added to your regional Platinum-level supporter club's ticketing roster.
