Pennsylvania LTCF applications both new and renewal are accepted Monday thru Friday 08:30am to 4:00pm, on a walk-in basis, appointments are not required. You must apply in person at the Sheriff's Office located in the Chester County Justice Center 201 West Market Street, West Chester, Pa 19380.

21 Φεβ 2024 · If you are a non-resident looking to obtain a concealed carry permit in Pennsylvania, you can apply through the county sheriff’s office of any Pennsylvania county.
Credit Cards. We accept credit card payments for in-person services including: License-to-Carry gun permits (new, renewal and replacements) Protection-from-Abuse (PFA) fees. Fingerprinting. Bail transport. Notary service. Credit card payments for PFA fees are accepted by phone at 610-344-6850.
In order to renew your License to Carry Firearms, you must complete an application and arrive in person with a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License or Pennsylvania Identification Card at the Sheriff’s Office in the County that you currently reside in.
Pennsylvania may issue a License to Carry Firearms to out-of-state residents who possess a valid concealed carry permit or license from their home state. NOTE: Some Pennsylvania county sheriffs will not issue nonresident License to Carry permits.
DOWNLOAD or visit your local sheriff's office to pick up and complete an application. Some counties offer online applications. Non-residents that currently have a Concealed Carry Permit or similar to carry a firearm from another state may turn in a Non-Resident application at any sheriff's office.
