Recently I learned more about Chinese history, and to help me memorize the several dynasties, I decided to create this meme. The drawings were taken from a page of the comic 'Asterix and the Goths'. Obviously the meme has its shortcomings.
(I included the Sui dynasty even though it was short lived because it unified China after a few centuries of divide, also it was more legitimate than Xin.) The Jin 金 dynasty you mention is different from the one in the meme, which is Jin 晋.
