20 Ιουν 2006 · I find it really interesting that in most languages the words for "mum" and "dad" (in Spanish "mamá" and "papá") are very similar. I can understand why Spanish is similar to Portuguese, French, etc. But how come that even in Chinese it's pronounced "mama" and "baba" ("b" is pronounced almost like a "p")?.
