The easiest way to know if you are using server-based ChiroTouch or ChiroTouch Cloud is to look at your account number. If your account number starts with CTC, you are a Cloud Customer. If it does not, you are a server-based Customer.

ChiroTouch’s chiropractic practice management software simplifies the patient registration process with self-check-in and three sign-in options. CTSign-In works seamlessly with Front Desk to provide access to the patient’s entire chiropractic EHR.
This documentation library contains extensive resources about the entire ChiroTouch software system. When logged into CTCommunity, search using the search bar available. When you have problems with your software, submitting a case to Customer Support is the best way to track it and get a solution.
In ChiroTouch, log in to the Front Desk application. Enter the Patient Management screen. Select a patient from the list. Enter the Patient Information screen, then tab to the Self Check-In screen. Select the option to Enable Patient Self Check-In.
