Vrenna played drums for the industrial rock band Nine Inch Nails from 1988 until 1996, and was the keyboardist and drummer of the American rock band Marilyn Manson from 2004 until late 2011. As a member of Nine Inch Nails, Vrenna was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2020.
4 Ιουν 2024 · Chris Vrenna (born February 23, 1967) was the drummer for Nine Inch Nails from 1989 to 1997 (except for 1991, when he was absent from the band for a brief period due to a falling out with Trent Reznor.) He was also a keyboard player in the earliest incarnation of the NIN live band in 1988.
In January 2020, after previous nominations in 2014 and 2015, Nine Inch Nails (Alessandro Cortini, Robin Finck, Danny Lohner, Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross, Ilan Rubin and Chris Vrenna) were named as inductees of the 2020 class of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Today we wish a very happy birthday to the darkly creative former Nine Inch Nails’ and Marilyn Manson drummer Chris Vrenna.
