Application Process. Your CIEE international representative will invite you to Beacon to complete the participant application and will answer any questions you have while completing it. The application should be filled out with as much detail as possible to ensure that your application is processed quickly.

Our user-friendly online portal – Beacon – allows you to set up your company and job information the way you wish it to appear to potential participants. Beacon also provides you with hiring reports, participant resumes, English proficiency ratings, and interview notes.

Welcome to CIEE Beacon Host Portal. Our system is designed to be user friendly with user-driven content and accessibility. You can access Host Portal via your unique username (email address used to create your account) and password (you select this at first login) either from your computer or mobile device.
