They constantly look to deny and if that doesn’t fly they will absolutely nickel and dime. The dentist (Cigna preferred ) has actually withdrawn from accepting any Cigna dental insurance in 2024.

20 Σεπ 2017 · Cigna Healthcare is by far the worst health insurance I've ever had to deal with. I am insured through my employer and ended up needing surgery on vacation. The claim has been sitting with Cigna for 3 months now and still hasn't been finally reviewed or paid.
