Cimarron does not manufacture firearms; they're an importer that sells rebranded guns originally made by other companies, mostly in Italy. The Italian guns by Uberti and Pedersoli are fine, but as far as I know all the "Cimarron" 1897s were made by PolyTech in China, which has a spotty reputation for quality.
30 Αυγ 2022 · On the left, is the more traditional Cimarron 1886 Rifle (manufactured by Chiappa). On the right, is the more elegant and refined Cimarron 1886 Deluxe Rifle (manufactured by Pedersoli). So do you think there is any benefit to buy Cimarron rather than going direct?

12 Οκτ 2020 · For their newest release, the Pistoleer, Cimarron Firearms has created a budget-minded six-gun modeled closely after the Pre-War Colt Model P. I’ve reviewed several Cimarron guns now and the level of historically accurate detail they put in the guns is amazing, and much appreciated.

5 Οκτ 2019 · Cimarron’s 26” octagonal-barreled exclusive is a really nice rifle. It’s very accurate, and suitable for hunting, horseback-carry, and a really good time at the range. As a side note, Cimarron also offers the rifle in .38-55 caliber; another historic round suitable for hunting, target shooting, and more.
