The way you might find an invite is to bump into someone at a movie event (I know, fat chance, right) or specialist movie forum, nothing to do with torrenting at all. You might find a member in the forums at KG, when you are discussing movies or TV.
Giving users invite does not mean "Cinemageddon (CG) is now open", it just means that CG has given some users invites. The click bait part refers to the fact that the title does not reflect what is actually in the CG announcement.
