11 Ιαν 2022 · To be able to text non-iOS devices with either an SMS or MMS, you have you use your iPhone with the iPad. The iPad cannot do it natively. If you have an iPhone, then you would go to Settings>Messages> Text Message Forwarding>select your iPad.
