Have your registered on their ciox portal? Easy to send authos through it, look up participating providers. Upload your signed autho and ltr. All communications are tracked and housed in their portal so you can see when they received it, processing it, invoiced it and download records when ready. It's certainly made my life a hell of a lot easier!
I cancelled our firms edelivery account today, so at the very least, they will have to abide by the state rate and can't charge per page if requested on disk. Anyone else frustrated with this or have helpful ideas.
