Using the Portal, filers can upload documents from the convenience of their own home or office without stepping foot in a courthouse. Connects thousands involved in Florida’s justice system including more than 220,000+ self-represented litigants, 82,000 attorneys, 1,400 judges, and more.
Who can register on the Portal? The Florida Bar member database is used to validate who you are when registering for a user account if you are an attorney with a Florida Bar number. The system recognizes your Florida Bar Identification Number and the name that you have registered with The Bar.

Prior to utilizing the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal you will need to contact your Judicial Circuit Administrator and request to have an E-filing account established. Once your account is created, you may access the Portal’s log-in page, by typing the following URL into the web browser: www.myflcourtaccess.com.

Account creation on www.myflcourtaccess.com is a two step process. After you set up the username and password, you’ll receive an activation email containing a link to complete your account set up.
