Citrus Threats. Learn about the threat to California citrus from the Asian citrus psyllid insect pest, carrier of Huanglongbing or yellow shoot disease, a lethal plant pathogen.
Please email cdfa.cpdpd_fiscal@cdfa.ca.gov and request an assessment form for any citrus you need to report that was packed before 10/01/21. Please indicate the date the citrus as packed so a form with the appropriate assessment rate can be sent to you.
California Department of Public Health - Food and Drug Branch (CDPH-FDB) recommends firms prepare in advance for a food recall by developing and implementing a formal Recall Plan. § 7.53 Recall status reports. (a) The recalling firm is requested to submit periodic recall status reports to the appropriate Food and Drug Administration district office so that the agency may assess the progress of the recall.

5 Μαρ 2024 · FNS will notify the State within 24 hours of the recall and provide the State with the recall notification, press release, and other information needed to track the product and document reimbursable costs.
