Do-It-Yourself Disposal. If you live in Allen, you can dispose of up to two loads of household trash per month at designated North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) facilities. You can also dispose of up to two loads of yard waste per month at the Texas Pure Products Wood Grinding Facility.
