19 Δεκ 2023 · Many City of Arlington municipal offices and facilities will be closed between Sunday, Dec. 24 and Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Regular office hours and service schedules will resume Wednesday, Dec. 27.
We will NOT be collecting on these holidays. Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November), Christmas Day (December 25th), and. New Year's Day (January 1st). If your regular collection day falls on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Day, your service will be delayed one day.
Observed Holidays. WM does not collect on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If these holidays fall on a weekday collection will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week. For example, if a holiday falls on Thursday, Thursday customers will be collected on Friday and Friday customers will be collected on Saturday.
Holiday Schedules. WM observes three annual holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day (Dec. 25), and New Year's Day (Jan. 1). All other holidays will not affect your collection schedule. Weekday holidays will delay collection by one day for the remainder of the week.
