Your 4-digit account number to create an account can be found on your utility bill, contact City Hall Staff at 573-682-2139 or send an email to cityhall@centraliamo.org. Would you like to have your utility payment automatically deducted from your checking/saving account on the 10th day of each month at no extra charge?
Utility bill payments are due by the 15th of every month to avoid the addition of a 5% penalty. Payments are accepted all day on the 15th, and no penalty is assessed until the next day at 8:00 a.m. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday that the City is closed, payments must be received by 5:00 p.m. the next business day to avoid the 5% penalty.
