  5. The City of Chino has 26 City maintained parks. Many parks include picnic areas, playgrounds and sports fields or facilities. Chino parks are open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reservations. To reserve a picnic shelter at a City park, please visit the Carolyn Owens Community Center or call 909-334-3258.

  6. RESERVATIONS. Any stated Schedule of Rates and Fees is subject to change with sole approval of the City of Los Angeles, Recreation and Parks Board of Commissioners. Published schedules might not reflect the most current rates and fees.

  7. Over 14,100 acres have been protected on the eastern side of the hills as Chino Hills State Park. These lands are managed by the California Department of Parks and Recreation. Parking is $5 at the Discovery Center. The State Park is open: October – March: Open Daily between 8 AM – 5 PM.
