Visit DSM.city/CSS to access the Customer Self Service portal. Click on “Login or Register” in the top-right corner of the webpage or the “Login or Register” tile on the mobile menu.
Existing users logging in for the first time will need to create an account with the same email or use one of the four new authentication methods (Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook). Your new account will link to your existing account.
You’ll use this login anytime you want to apply for a permit or make a payment. If at any time you forget your username or password, you’ll need to use those options on the Log In page.
Visit DSM.city/CSS to access the Customer Self-Service portal. Click on “Guest” in the top-right corner of the webpage or the bottom of the mobile menu and then select “Register” to create your account.
