City of Everett Permit Services. Online Permitting Portal. ATTENTION: Welcome to City of Everett’s new Online Permitting Portal. Password security criteria has changed with the new system and requires a password reset by all existing public and contractor accounts in order to log in.
Online Permit Portal. Visit the online permitting portal to apply for a land development application or building construction permit. Permit Services offers information about private construction and development in the City of Everett and processes all of the required building permits for construction.
Online Permitting Portal. Land Use applications available online are preapplication meeting requests, nonconforming building and use certifications, and zoning verification letter requests.
Contractors must register an account with City of Everett Permit Services. To do this, email PermitServices@everettwa.gov , or call 425-257-8810 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
