This Code constitutes a complete recodification of the ordinances of the City of Fenton of a general and permanent nature. As expressed in the Adopting Ordinance, the Code supersedes all such ordinances not included herein or recognized as continuing in force by reference thereto.

24 Μαΐ 2024 · All streets shall be developed in accordance with the City of Fenton Subdivision Control Ordinance and construction standards, unless developed as a private road in accordance with the requirements of section 36-2.23, Private road standards.
