The City of Great Falls Utilities Department is excited to announce that the new online portal for utility payments is now enabled. Customers can now view and print bills, process payments, enroll in e-billing, schedule a future payment, and set up autopay using a debit card, credit card, or e-check on this new portal.

We are located at the Civic Center, Room 104. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Please Note: We cannot refund payments. Make sure you are paying with the card you intend to use. Only click once on the payment button.
You can also make a payment on your account, by mail, by dropping your payment off at the dropbox located at the Civic Center, by paying through your financial institution, or stopping by the Civic Center Finance window. 25 Ιουν 2024 · Bills can be paid through USPS mail. There is a drop box located on the South side of the Civic Center marked for utility payments. Payments are also accepted at the payment window located in the Civic Center Room 104 during regular business hours.
The City’s ESuite Utility portal is located at https://public.greatfallsmt.net/eSuite.Utilities/. Additionally, you can opt-out of receiving paper statements and go paperless. To sign up for ebill, login to the portal, and click on Ebill Enrollment.
20 Νοε 2020 · To access account information and pay a bill, enter the account number and customer ID number found on the new utility bill. Bill payments can also be made over the phone with the old or new account information.
