The City of Great Falls Utilities Department is excited to announce that the new online portal for utility payments is now enabled. Customers can now view and print bills, process payments, enroll in e-billing, schedule a future payment, and set up autopay using a debit card, credit card, or e-check on this new portal.
pay by debit card, credit card, or check by phone by calling (406) 727-7660, option 1 to make a payment then option 1 for utilities. Please make checks payable to the City of Great Falls. Include the statement stub with your payment and write your account number on your check.
You can also make a payment on your account, by mail, by dropping your payment off at the dropbox located at the Civic Center, by paying through your financial institution, or stopping by the Civic Center Finance window. 20 Νοε 2020 · To access account information and pay a bill, enter the account number and customer ID number found on the new utility bill. Bill payments can also be made over the phone with the old or new account information. Call 406-727-7660, ext. 1 for payments, ext. 1 for utilities.
