29 Φεβ 2020 · Beginning March 2, the City of Hood River will launch a new way to pay for on-street metered parking. “Pay by Plate” requires users to enter license plate numbers when paying for parking at the Cale pay stations, eliminating the need to return to a vehicle to place a printed receipt on the dashboard.
