Pay Your Bill Online 24/7. Lewisburg Water Works has partnered with Nexbillpay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their debit or credit cards. Nexbillpay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay online.
Customer Billing Procedures. Customer will receive only one bill for water, sewer and sanitation service each month. Customer has 12 days from bill date to pay bill without a penalty. Customer has until 8:00 a.m. next day from date printed on bill before termination.
Please use the pay my bill option located at the top of this page. That page will take you to CitiSen Portal where you can set up an account to pay your bill and sign up for email notifications. You can also pay your bill with our phone system. Just call 1-855-326-3329.
Pay your bill online 24/7. You will need your AccountNumber provided on your statement. If you do not have your statement handy, you may request your AccountNumber by calling Lewisburg Water Works at 270-755-4828. Nexbillpay charges a service fee for each transaction.
Water accounts may be paid online at webpay.lewisburg-wv.com or in person at City Hall in the accounts receivable office on the second floor. Please note the following: If you are performing any type of repair, renovation or alteration to your home or property, you must obtain a City Building Permit.
