Just got the True Ending in World of Light and am sitting at 99.02% completion. Currently wagering that it's a combination of missing some Spirits and not having the Skill Tree entirely...
The City of Light was a shared simulation of the world, created by A.L.I.E. to harbor humanity with the aim of saving it. A.L.I.E. intended it to offer a better existence for mankind, one that is free of pain, hate, disease, and suffering.
You need 615 spaces cleared for 100% completion, so however many Spirits you are away from that are on one of the 3 main maps. I can’t know what you’ve already done, but if you look thoroughly, I’m sure you’ll find them. Good luck!

28 Δεκ 2018 · To get 100%, you must complete all three routes. One route leads to Galeem. One route leads to Dharkon. The third (center) route leads to both, and you’ll have to defeat both of them at once.
7 Δεκ 2018 · It's on the cliff south of the misty forest, if you check an online map it's south of Duck Hunt. That one is easy to miss.
