Desiree started at the City of Portland in 2010 working 13 years at City Hall before coming to the Parks, Recreation and Facilities Department in 2023. She now serves the department as our Principal Administrative Officer II.
The Portland Parks Commission (PC)1 is required to submit an annual report to the city council regarding the state of the citys parks and public grounds and make specific recommendations therein about suggested goals and improvements for the parks and public grounds per City Code (Sec. 18-10(d)(4)).
