The Development Services Center (DSC) is responsible for reviewing and issuing a wide array of Land Use and Construction Permits ranging from simple same day permits to complex development projects.
City Electrical Permits & Inspections. The following cities issue permits and perform inspections within their local city limits. Tacoma Power also issues their own permits and inspections for properties they serve. L&I does not issue permits or do inspections in the cities listed on this page.
