4 Αυγ 2021 · The city of Sanibel will transition to an online system for building, planning and vegetation permits, business tax receipts and registrations, and contractor’s licenses on Aug. 9. The system can be accessed by visiting www.mysanibel.com and clicking on “Sanibel Online” on the top navigation bar.
15 Νοε 2022 · The city of Sanibel reported that the Electronic Permitting Portal is now open for emergency permitting. Applications will be accepted for the following emergency permits: – Emergency Alteration Permit. – Emergency Demolition Permit. – Emergency Electrical Permit.
The current CCCL for the City of Sanibel was established in 1991 (replacing the 1974 CCCL). It is important to note that construction seaward of the 1991 CCCL requires a coastal construction permit from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
Application is hereby made to obtain a permit to do work and installations as indicated. I certify that no work or installation has commenced prior to the issuance of a permit and that all work will be performed to meet the standards of the Florida Building Codes, and all regulations in this jurisdiction.
